Most of us Probably have a "Recall" (CVT)

Unfortunately I cannot modify my original post with the updated information. Yes the campaign was suspended. I wonder why.

Most of us Probably have a "Recall" (CVT)

I believe the two are related. I think its a service campaign. I just titled it recall in quotes because that's what the URL says ~ "recall"

    Plug N' Play Remote Start

For push to start you appear to be correct (I checked their website). You can always message them to see if there is anything in development. I have an H-key.

    Plug N' Play Remote Start

No, you just put the key in the ignition and you're good, no restart required. Also, I have their GPS module on the car due to the Corolla's poor remote range. I could start the car 100 miles away if I wanted.

    Plug N' Play Remote Start

FINALLY! There is a 14+ Corolla remote start that is basically plug n' play. You have to cut the TPMS wire but I can deal with that. After a "professional" installer in the past took 3 days and wayyyy too many t-taps to get my Viper remote start/security system hooked up in my Tacoma I swore the...

    Serpentine Belt Thoughts

2015 Corolla has about 45,000 miles on it. I can’t determine what these threads are because I don’t know how the belts are produced. Belt looks really healthy overall. Just this part here looks odd. It doesn’t appear to be stitching that hold the belt together because you can see thread in one...

    20,000 miles Hum/Drone

Found it at 21,2XX. Discovered when rotating tires. Inside sidewall. You can even see where the chunk edge is rounded from hitting the road.

    20,000 miles Hum/Drone

At highway speeds the car will occasionally hum or drone on or off. Probably for a total like 5% of an entire highway drive. I don't recall it ever doing this in the past. There is no rhyme or reason and no issue other than at highway speeds. Any idea or has anyone else had the same issue...

    Gas cap won't click

Well you got my gears turning with the gas cap so I contacted the dealership where I purchased it and they will replace it, no problem, under warranty they said. Should take less than 30 min.

    Gas cap won't click

Mine use to have to be real tight to click but it no longer clicks. I don't like that, but it doesnt bother me enough to do anything about it.

    2015 Corolla S Plus

My Corolla has a front strut brace, rear sway bar, and WeatherTech floor and trunk mats throughout. Also LED interior, trunk, and license plate lights. Rear bumper guard and door sill protectors. I have a RAM mount that quickly mounts to my rearview mirror to mount a GPS (or phone GPS) for road...

Aesthetics of L/LE vs S model

I didn't care about looks. I cared about functionality and overall the Eco lacked features that the S had so I chose S.

    Yes, why do you ask?

    Confirmed TRD Fromt Strut Brace

I saw buried in a thread elsewhere where someone had made one fit so I went ahead and ordered it and it works! 2015 Corolla S Plus PTR02-12080

    Seat Covers Necessary?

Are seat covers really necessary? Does anyone notice any excessive wear on their seat due to sliding into the seats or anything?

Purchasing Corolla, Building, Mods, Best Base?

I am in the market for a new car and a multitude of reports have directed me towards the Corolla for MPGs and reliability mostly. I like a sporty feel which I recognize this is not but this car will be my wife's daily driver. I've determined I will put the rear sway bar on it for increased...
