It would be difficult for anybody online to properly diagnose it. Hearing the noise is completely different from reading it. Noise during windy cross wind or in excess of 50 sounds like a weatherstrip issue, but again, that's a shot in the dark.

Pressing on the gas doesn't do anything on a fuel injected car. It kinda sounds like something hiccuped with the fuel pump and resetting the computer fixed it, but that is just a guess. You don't have anything aftermarket tapping into the wiring harness do you?
